Rich and his mate did a good job for a good price.  I needed an EICR (safety certificate) and he came out within 10 days, on a day that suited me.  He also came back again to fix the problems he discovered, again quickly and on a day that suited. He was polite, tidy, helpful with giving me details of things I should follow up myself. He was a bit slow emailing the initial findings, but that wasn't a big deal.
